So, I need a personnel Table of Organization for a relatively modern
(1930s+) warship with a crew of about 100. People, jobs, ranks,
seniority. Especially day to day stuff. What are the organizations
and sub-organizations. What is a day to day schedule like? I served
in the military, but infantry, not the navy.

Did you find anything? For WWII British Corvettes (50-120 depending on
duties and equipment) I get 7 officers, 23 for the engine room (4 engineers
and 19 stokers), at least 5 on the radio, 2 coders, 5 or so in the kitchen,
and others based on equipment. Then 2-3 specialists for each piece to repair
and command its operation, and a few ordinaries to lift shit.
Main gun (75 or 100mm), torpedoes, sonar, sigint, AA guns (20mm), depth
charges, .... They could have anything on them depending on where they
worked.

That's Flower class Corvettes, there's plenty of deck plans on the web.

Seems like 3 shifts as all major positions have 1 NCO with 3 subs
(engineers, radio, bridge, etc), but I don't know much about them. <shrug>
