Post by f***@gmail.comI mis-typed something. I meant GURPS Lite 3E. The newer GURPS Lite doesn't
have enough to really start up a game. Caravan to Ein Arras is a free
adventure that used to come with the GURPS Basic Set. There was enough there
to make up a small campaign, and it's free. Something else I found (this was
a while ago) was a fan made supplement called Caverns and Creatures, which
also could be played with just GURPS Lite. Last I heard, though, the author
rewrote it into a standalone product.
We started with GURPS Lite 3E. Then when we bought the 3e books, SJ Games
announced the new 4e release date. We were a bit miffed by that.
But what I said before still stands, Lite is great for simple games, the same
way the original V&V books were great for supers.
